颜冬冬

颜冬冬,男,湖北仙桃人,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。

2007年获华中农业大学植物保护专业农学学士学位,2010年获中国农业科学院农药学专业农学硕士学位,2013年获中国农业科学院农药学专业农学博士学位,2013年7月进入中国农业科学院植物保护研究所工作。2018年入选北京市优秀人才培养资助青年拔尖个人计划,2020年入选北京市科协青年人才托举工程。

主要从事土壤消毒应用技术及土壤消毒的生态效应与养分循环机制研究工作。围绕熏蒸土壤中氮素矿化和硝化作用的生物学和动力学特征、氧化亚氮温室气体排放、熏蒸对土壤靶标和非靶标微生物的种群结构和数量影响开展研究工作。建立了熏蒸胁迫土壤中硝化作用动力学模型,阐明了熏蒸处理后土壤中氧化亚氮的释放途径。采用磷脂脂肪酸、BIOLOG、微生物代谢和多样性分析等手段解析了不同熏蒸剂对土壤微生物结构和功能多样性的影响。相关研究成果分别发表在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Science of The Total Environment,Atmospheric Environment,Chemosphere等期刊上。主持并参加国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划等项目。发表学术论文52篇,其中SCI论文32篇,获得北京市科技进步二等奖1项,全国农牧渔业丰收奖获一等奖1项,中国农业科学院科技进步二等奖1项,出版著作2部,参编3部,参与制定标准4项。
