..,女,博士,研究员,硕士生/博士生导师。2009年本科毕业于南京农业大学植物保护专业,2014年博士毕业于浙江大学植物病理学专业。2014-2015年在浙江大学作物科学研究所开展博士后研究工作;2015-2018年在加拿大农业与农业食品部,伦敦研究与发展中心,先后从事博士后、助理研究员工作;20188月成为中国农业科学院植物保护研究所青年英才计划引进工程入选者;20194月入选国家海外高层次引进人才和中国农业科学院领军B农科英才。

..方目前在植物病虫害生物学国家重点实验室-植物与病毒互作组开展研究工作。主要从事植物与病毒的互作研究,以烟草、拟南芥、番茄和油菜为植物实验材料,以世界上危害最为严重、种类最多的两类植物病毒:双生病毒科病毒和马铃薯Y科病毒为研究对象,开展寄主植物与病毒的互作(双生病毒科病毒与寄主烟草和番茄的互作研究;芜菁花叶病毒与寄主拟南芥、烟草和油菜的互作研究)方面的工作。涉及的寄主途径包含DNA甲基化、RNA沉默、RNA降解、细胞自噬、泛素-26S蛋白酶体降解系统等。围绕着植物与病毒互作的机制,解析植物病毒致病的机制,进一步挖掘出新型有效的抗病基因。近几年部分研究结果以通讯作者/第一作者身份在Nature Communications 1篇)、Trends in Microbiology1篇)、Molecular Plant1篇)、PLoS Pathogens3篇)、New Phytologist3篇)、Plant Physiology1篇)、The Plant Journal1篇)等专业杂志发表SCI收录论文22篇,累计影响因子超142,他引次数超300次;以参与作者身份在Trends in Plant ScienceThe Plant CellFrontiers in Plant Science等专业杂志上发表SCI收录论文8篇;以第一完成人授权专利4项;研究成果获2020年中国农业科学院科学技术成果奖(第一完成人,青年科技创新奖);担任Frontiers in MicrobiologyFrontiers in Plant Science等杂志的学术编委。
