
张毅波,男,湖南岳阳人,中共党员,博士,研究员,硕士生导师。
2014年从西南大学生物安全专业博士研究生毕业后进入植保所工作至今,现任中国农科院植保所入侵物种风险评估与检疫创新任务负责人,主要从事重大/新发外来入侵物种风险评估、检疫与防控研究,聚焦农业入侵害虫番茄潜叶蛾的检测监测、致害与成灾机理及综合治理技术研究。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目等国家级项目10余项。在国内外专业期刊上发表学术论文80余篇,其中以第一作者和通讯作者在昆虫学专业期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,授权国家发明专利10余项,获省部级科学奖励2项。
兼任农业农村部外来入侵物种普查工作领导小组办公室成员,中国农科院植保所青年工作委员会副主任,中国植物保护学会理事、生物入侵分会秘书长、青委会委员,中国昆虫学会外来物种及检疫专业委员会委员,国际生物防治组织茄科作物害虫治理协作组成员等;兼任西南大学、湖南农业大学、云南农业大学、新疆农业大学等高校硕士研究生指导老师;担任国际期刊PLoS Climate(JCR 1区)和Frontiers in Physiology编委,《植物保护学报》和《环境昆虫学报》青年编委。
