
彭 焕,男,1983年出生,湖南长沙人,博士,研究员,中国农业科学院“作物线虫与细菌病害监测与防控”创新团队首席科学家,国家农业生物安全中心西北中心常务副主任,第十届全国农药评审委员会委员,中国植物病理学会理事,植物病理学会线虫专业委员会委员。Frontiers in Plant Science 副主编,Journal of Integrative Agriculture、植物病理学报和植物检疫期刊编委。
2005年获湖南农业大学植物保护专业学士学位,2009年获中国农业科学院研究生院植物病理学硕士学位,2009-2012年云南农业大学和中国农业科学院联合培养,获植物病理学博士学位。2012-2014年在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所从事博士后研究,2012年10月-2013年10月在加拿大农业与食品安全部访问学者,2014年加入中国农业科学院植物保护研究工作。2021-2022年中组部和团中央第二十一批博士服务团在新疆农科院植保所挂职副所长,2025年-今任中国农科院西部农业研究中心副主任。
主要从事于农作物重要病原线虫基因组学和群体进化、检疫性和外来入侵线虫快速检测、风险分析和分子溯源、植物线虫致病机制、线虫与寄主互作机制、植物线虫高效绿色防控技术研发等研究。主持和参加国家重点研发课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金项目、中国农科院重大科技任务等科研项目10余项,获得黑龙江省科技进步二等奖、新疆科技进步二等奖,中国农业科学院杰出科技创新奖、中国植物保护学会科技进步一等奖等科技奖励5项。以第一(并一)和通讯作者在Molecular Plant、New phytologist、Plant Cell And Environment、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Molecular plant pathology、Pesticide Biochemistry and Physiology、Scientific Data和Pest Management Science等SCI杂志发表研究论文40余篇。获得国家发明专利授权26项,制定农业行业标准5项。
