| PASSPORT AND VISA |
| A
valid passport and visa for visiting China are required. Upon receiving
your registration form and fees, China International Conference Centre
for Science and Technology (CICCST) will send you an invitation letter
with which you can apply for an entrance visa at the nearest Chinese
Embassy or Consulate General. |
| ARRIVAL IN BEIJING |
| The
Congress will arrange the pick-up services with a minimum charge at
the Beijing Capital International Airport (the Capital Airport) from
May 10 to 11, 2004. The participants arriving at other dates may have
to take taxis. The taxi service is available at the Capital Airport
during the whole day. The cost from the airport to the BICC or Congress
designated hotels is about US$ 15 or RMB 120 yuan, depending on the
type of taxi taken. Please show one of the following notes to the
taxi driver to get to the Congress designated hotels: |

| RECONFIRMATION OF DEPARTURE
AIR TICKET |
| The
departure air ticket (both international and domestic) should be reconfirmed
72 hours in advance. You could make it by calling the airline office
in Beijing. The telephone numbers of airline companies will be available
at the Registration Desk. |
| AIRPORT TAX |
| Domestic
flights request RMB 50 yuan per person and international flights RMB
90 yuan per person. |
