Volunteer amateur music lovers from registered congress participants pre-selected by Evaluation Committee will be invited. For doing so, it is requested to fill in the form of signing up and to send by express-mail a brand new cassette tape pre-recorded with no more than 3 pieces of your songs or music subject to evaluation for performance before December 31, 2003.
